missingWrote a review on Nov 26outstanding hospitalitylimited breakfast selection
The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, but
the amenities could be improved a bit. The staff genuinely cared about our comfort, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. However, I wished for a better breakfast selection to complement the outstanding hospitality.

missingWrote a review on Sept 27personalized servicemessed up reservationinsufficient compensation
The personalized service from the owners was exceptional.
Our reservation was completely messed up upon arrival. Instead of the two queen beds we requested, we were given a king room. With the hotel being sold out due to local events, they offered only a $20 credit for their mistake, which felt inadequate and frustrating. I certainly won't be returning after this experience.

The room faced significant cleanliness issues, with stained towels and a toilet that was not properly maintained. Noise from adjoining rooms was excessive, making it difficult to relax. On a brighter note, the fresh fish offered was a delightful culinary experience that stood out. However, the overall experience left much to be desired due to these substantial inconveniences.

We enjoyed the seasonal outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities. The location was perfect, just a quick drive to the nearby Great Passion Play. Definitely recommend for some outdoor fun!
We faced some trouble with noise from neighboring rooms at night, which made it tough to sleep during our stay.

I was in town for a wedding and enjoyed my stay. The owners were incredibly caring and made me feel at home, even checking on me when I arrived late. The room was very clean, and the towels were exceptionally soft and large, a nice touch compared to what you usually find at hotels. While the bed was a bit firmer than I prefer, the overall comfort made up for it. I truly appreciated the personalized attention throughout my visit.

The jacuzzi suite was disappointing as it wouldn't hold water, but the room was spacious.
